I remember I learned happy people don't fixate on themselves and their problems. They don't over analyse the issue du jour. When they start to get stuck on a problem or in their head, they put their attention on something else.

I remind myself to not have it all figured out get outside, go back to your work plan something fun.

Most people believe short term happiness is the only goal in life but we undervalue long term happiness at every step and turn. I have looked at my own goals and internalised my thought processes and come up with what I believe makes me happy. Now there are people out there who can drain you of this happiness and can suck it from you, but there are ways and tricks to stop this from happening one is to train in meditation. It is a great tool to combating negative forces, your energy belongs to you and no one has the right to take it any religion that tells you other wise is lying to your face.

Internal peace comes from a source of understanding your own thought processes.

What can be understood is that we control these thoughts its only the negative influences that exist in objects people and places that can effect your equilibrium in the short term. Your garden and home reflect your mind that the beauty of the well being is based on how we feel, I have felt that the reasons for this are internalised and hardwired from the moment but if you step back and wait that negative moment will pass and you will come into a better path that was created the moment you choose not to react negatively.

Inside perception is based on what you think about yourself and that reflects everything else around you, it all depends on your thoughts the inner self deserves more credit than you give it for. If the inner self speaks to you it is your conscious self that is leading the way and not the other way around.

How many times can we love do you know what you are actually touching and feeling, we perceive what is right what is love even when the person we chose to love is bad for us. Everyone sees them for what they are except you, and you wonder why does every one argue with them and you don't sometimes love is blind and we feel something is right for us at the time, usually we are right in thinking they where the love of our lives. How can they be when they where so horrible to you and tried to destroy you when they decided to leave you that's when you saw what they where really about and when you needed them most they where not there for you it shows you that it wasn't love.

I'm over that situation and I'm now going out with someone who really makes me happy and I can't believe my luck and what really gets me is how the human condition is. We always think the worst I think it's the way you programme your self that matters and if there's any one out there suffering from heart break I hope this helps you and you find someone better who deserves you. Because when I was at my lowest someone said to me "I deserve better." Well guess what I am better thanks for the absence of concern in your selfish voice. I am better and happier than ever.

The Ancient Codes Of Warriors

Ancient military history dictates that you should take into account the meaning behind a war. A war had the backing of its people, and was a righteous war where it was to free oppression or stop invaders, rather than to spread an empire or steal other countries resources. These were called righteous wars, noble wars. Today, however, scary scientific methods are employed to ensure victory by bombing your enemy with bombs launched from huge missiles or scary looking robotic drones, killing your enemy from a distance like a coward, where no honourable noble courage is involved. This usually ends in calamity with innocent women and children being the unfortunate ones as mistakes can happen and usually do. The ancient art of war may surprise you as coming from a cleaner way of warfare compared to today's uncertain times. (I would like you to know I am not a supporter of war, but I believe every human being has a right to defend his family and country from attack- defence is noble unprovoked attack is not).

Hindu military science recognises two kinds of warfare - the dharmayuddha and the kutayuddha. Dharmayuddha is war carried on the principles of dharma, meaning here the Ksatradharma or the Law of Kings and Warriors. In other words, it was a just and righteous war which had the approval of society. On the other hand, kuttayuddha was unrighteousness of war. It was a crafty fight carried on in secret. The Hindu science of warfare values both niti and saurya i.e. Ethical principles and valour. It was therefore realised that the waging of war without regard to moral standards degraded the institution into mere animal ferocity. A monarch desirous of dharma vijaya should conform to the code of ethics enjoined upon warriors.

Bushido is literally "the way of the warrior." Is a Japanese word for the way of the warrior a samurai life, loosely analogous to the concept of chivalry. "Bushido" is a modern term rather than a historical one. The "way" itself originates from the samurai moral values, most commonly stressing some combination of frugality,loyalty, martial arts mastery and honour unto death. In the Middle Ages warriors from noble Knights to the Templars followed a Knights code the Knights followed a code they where sworn to truth they where sworn to valour they behaved with dignity they had a attitude built with courtesy and honour and honesty.They where taught to be generous a true knight was honourable a true knight shows excellence, a true knight has courage and is loyal, the true knight was well-spoken is discreet was always pure and wise. A very long list for a warrior who was trained to be a great warrior but also a just one, there are many tales of Knights who performed great deeds of kindness and bravery a great example to live your own life by. A knight followed strict rules as to what was proper behaviour in battle. The chivalric code covered such things as when he fought and how he fought. Some weapons were considered dishonourable such as the dagger and the arbalest. A knight would not use these weapons because they were not knightly. One of the most important aspects of chivalry was that it defined how a knight behaved toward other people and other Knights. One of the most powerful aspects of chivalry was its unyielding following of the tenets of religion.

So we can see that ancient warriors had a code that had impact on their day to day lives and for the good of mankind they strived for a better life and a better Kingdom. We as society must stay within these codes even today to stay strong and on the right path of life. Peace and love and friendship should be our goals, we as human beings have a great capacity for compassion hopefully enough to see us through. Always try to take some time out of your daily life, I have bumped into many people who have told me I'm really stressed out and I get irritated by everything.For me that's a clear sign that you need to reach clarity.One of the great things about travelling is that you begin to notice that people basically want the same things out of life. A mother in India wants the same things for her children as a mother in Russia. Human beings all want to be loved, to be safe, to be healthy, to have shelter, to have food to eat and so on. Sometimes we get so focused on the exterior differences that we forget that all of us. Share 99.99% of the same DNA.We are more alike then we are different. Clarity comes when these beliefs disappear and what you really see is what is real and all that is left.

Life is what believe it to be
There is no set formula to what makes a successful life. For life is what you make out of it.If you focus on what you want to do then it will come to pass in a way that will gently surface ,don't force it to manifest and don't place it in a negative place. The minute we free ourselves from self-imposed limitations, we are free to achieve anything we want.

People are Mirrors
When you see something in some one else and you are immediately connected to it ,what we see in that person is a reflection of what what we know exists in ourselves. Then also you could just merely view someone else and just have an observation with emotional connection so some people are mirrors of how you know your life could be.

Fear is poison
Fear is poison because it is so limiting you can achieve nothing while you under its control ,when you start to fear everything in your life you can't achieve nothing so keep it out of your equation by learning meditation yoga going for walks swimming reading anything except listening to the words of fear.

Life is about Love
Love is the antidote for life is all about love , the love I speak of is not the erotic kind you fantasise about in the movies or on TV, it's an unconditional love that comes from a higher source and enters your bodies. Nothing gets in the way of love, love is a powerful emotion, love is what enables people to perform miracles and wonders.

People do things for a reason
This is all about cause and effect everyone has their own motives and desires for what they do, and when you understand why they do bad things you feel compassion for them and understand them better if it is someone close to you, never judge them just let them continue and they will discover the error of their ways and try to better themselves, not everyone's time is the same they can only improve when the time is right and it is not for you to decide, but be there if they need you.

You are God
I believe that there is a higher power at work at all times. That said, I also have come to learn that we are just like the star wars trailer, "the force is strong in my family, my father has it I have it, my sister has it, you have it too." For in us all is a spark of the Creator the Divine in all of us. So you have that choice to create a good life or a life of suffering, everything you do creates a ripple effect no action goes unnoticed so choose wisely.

People cause evil to exist by choice
Bad things happen because people do nothing to stop it, people want free will but free will comes with a cost...it is called responsibility, if you want the world to be a more loving place, then be more loving and encourage others to want peace to imagine peace in a pure clean mindset you can create wonders.

Be present
Everything you do is an extension of you, their is no middle ground, the past can never be changed and the future is unknown so make the best of the moment you have now,

What Ancient Man Knew

To many the stars beyond our night skies rarely get a thought. When there is much above if you took a little time to ponder their mysteries you would find in doing so the great stars would open up and show humanity the way. Even if those matching forces are bringers of good or bad tidings and in some cases it merely depends on the energy, it depends on the thoughts and deep emotions the stars are connecting with on the planet below.

Conjunctions of planets are very important to mans future survival for they foretell changes in human history. We are constructed, guided, connected and can not see it. The stars can tell of events in the past and the future and breath life or destruction into the planets of the multiverse.Astrologers existed long ago before you or I even knew what was above and know now we have the technology to see the stars around our planet and beyond so maybe if you feel I'm not going to touch a telescope that would make me into a anorak type it's not true that's just the ignorant preprogrammed side of your brain telling you not to expand your own consciousness and understanding of where you really are in this world. You owe it to yourself to break that cycle and free your mind I know I sound like Morpheous from a popular Sci-Fi Movie but it's all true.

The Ancient Egyptians, Romans, Celts, Britons, Chinese, Greeks, Incas, Mayans built temples that would take into account the positioning of the stars and the sun alignment was very important to them. For they knew it connected the nature of the Cosmos directly to the Earth it is how they charted the Solstices and the Equinoxes to ensure they knew when to farm to fish and celebrate their own existence. They mapped out the stars and constellations reading signs and knowing the fore coming of events, much like the famous Mayan calendar.

Looking at a telescope simply makes you a human being who has simply chosen to wake up and follow your emotions to look beyond your own existence and search out a understanding of what you never cared to know the Cosmos. We as a race must realise that this is our God given right to observe the Stars and record what we see for your life will improve and the love and fulfilment you need will become stronger simply we are all connected stay true. Today with all the man made lights that cover the cities of the world that connection with the sky has been blotted out and we have created a blanket of self importance that has isolated your connection to stars. Simply turn off the lights in your home at night and go out into your gardens and view the sky and see if you can re establish that connection.
